‘Toolkit: Support and Advice on Stalled Spaces‘, produced by Architecture and Design Scotland is a really useful resource for anyone involved with community regeneration, especially in contexts where there is a prevalence of stalled spaces.
That said many of the ideas contained in the Toolkit could be useful for many settings, stalled or otherwise.
Reminds me of the Vacant to Vibrant initiative of PLACE based in Belfast.
